Refund policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your product for whatever reason, you may request a return from customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is to be covered by the customer and we do recommend using a trackable returns service.
You will be given a full refund of the item cost, excluding the shipping charge, once the returned product is received in the same condition it was shipped in.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any items that were damaged in return transit due to poor packaging. We therefore advise that you retain the original packaging which is designed to protect the product during transit

Listing your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for that return. You do not need to wait for a reply before returning.
Then please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name and order number and reason for return inside the package.
