Orders placed by 6pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Standard shipping uses a 48 hour age verified service

We use a third-party delivery partner to deliver your order, e.g. DPD or Royal Mail. We would use a different courier depending on your order size and the type of delivery you require. You will be notified of the courier in charge of your order within the Order Despatch email.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver internationally and can only deliver within Mainland UK. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or Channel Islands.

You must be of legal age to purchase alcohol within the country you live in. An adult’s signature is required upon receipt by the delivery company. The delivery company will check ID to ensure recipients are of legal drinking age. Once the item has been signed for this is evidence that Nine Tines Vodka, registered company ‘Nine Tines Vodka’, has fulfilled its responsibility. We would recommend checking the condition of your parcel before you sign for it.

If the product is damaged at all, please do not sign for the item and instead hand it back to the courier where they will return the product to us. If you only discover the item is damaged after signing for your parcel then please email hello@ninetines.co.uk
