A sophisticated cocktail to celebrate any occasion in style.  Why not treat yourself to a Nine Tines 75 - Bubbly, sophisticated and delicious!

We have combined Nine Tines vodka and English sparkling wine to put a British twist on the classic French 75.  The result is a harmonious blend highlighting the best of British drinks.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Nine Tines vodka
• 25 ml Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
• 25 ml Simple syrup
• 50ml English sparkling wine
• Handful of ice cubes
• Long twist of lemon peel to garnish

1. Prepare Your Glass:

   • Pick your favourite champagne flute. 

2. Get your Cocktail Shaker ready:

   • Put 50 ml of Nine Tines vodka, 25 ml of Lemon Juice and 25 ml Simple syrup in to your cocktail shaker.

3. Shake:

   • Add a handful of ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

4. Pour:

   • Strain from the cocktail shaker into the glass
   • Top up with English Sparkling wine

5. Garnish:

   • Garnish with a long twist of lemon peel.

6. Serve and Relish:

   • Your Nine Tines 75 is ready to be savoured.
