Ingredients:

• 50 ml Nine Tines vodka
• 15 ml Vermouth
• 50ml Champagne
• Handful of ice cubes
• Long twist of lemon peel to garnish

1. Prepare Your Glass:

   • Pick your favourite coupe glass or champagne flute. 

2. Get your Cocktail Shaker ready:

   • Put 50 ml of Nine Tines vodka and 15 ml of Vermouth in to your cocktail shaker.

3. Shake:

   • Add a handful of ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

4. Pour:

   • Strain from the cocktail shaker into the glass
   • Top up with Champagne

5. Garnish:

   • Express the oils from the lemon peel into the glass
   • Garnish with a long twist of lemon peel.

6. Serve and Relish:
