The simplicity of the Negroni allows the flavours of the ingredients to shine through.  In our version, we've adjusted the ratios so the subtle flavours of Nine Tines vodka shine through.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Nine Tines vodka
• 25 ml Campari
• 25 ml Sweet vermouth
• Handful of ice cubes
• Orange peel to garnish

1. Prepare your glass:

   • Pick your favourite old fashioned glass

2. Get your Cocktail Shaker ready:

   • Put 50 ml of Nine Tines vodka, 25 ml of Campari, 25 ml Sweet Vermouth in to your cocktail shaker.

3. Shake:

   • Add a handful of ice to the cocktail shaker and stir until it is well-chilled.

4. Pour:

   • Put a large ice cube into your glass
   • Pour from the cocktail shaker into your glass

5. Garnish:

   • Garnish with a twist of orange peel

6. Serve and Relish:

   • Your Nine Tines Negroni is ready to be savoured.
