Ingredients:
- 100 ml Nine Tines Vodka
- 50 ml Freshly brewed espresso
- 50 ml Amaretto
- 10 ml Honey (adjust to taste)
- Amaretto biscuits, for garnish
- Handful of ice cubes

Prepare Your Glass:
- Pick your favourite martini glass.

Get your Cocktail Shaker ready:
- Put 100 ml of Nine Tines vodka, 50 ml of Espresso, 50 ml Amaretto and 10 ml Honey in to your cocktail shaker.

Shake:
- Add a handful of ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled.

Pour:
- Strain from the cocktail shaker into the glass

Garnish:
- Put an amaretto biscuit onto a cocktail pin and place in the glass to garnish
