Ingredients
- 50ml Nine Tines Potato Vodka
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Jam
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3–4 Mint Leaves
- Soda Water (or your favourite fruity mixer)
- Handful of Ice Cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh mint, to garnish
Prepare Your Glass
Pick your favourite tumbler or, for the full picnic experience, enjoy it straight from the jam jar.
Get Your Cocktail Shaker Ready
Add 50ml of Nine Tines Potato Vodka, 1 tbsp of strawberry jam, 25ml of fresh lemon juice and 3–4 mint leaves to a jam jar or cocktail shaker.
Shake
Add a handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously until the jam has fully dissolved and the cocktail is well chilled.
Pour
Fill your glass with fresh ice cubes and strain the cocktail over the ice. Alternatively, enjoy it straight from the jam jar.
Finish
Top with soda water or your favourite fruity mixer and stir gently to combine.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
